Cozer a massa com um pouco de azeite para ficar soltinha. Deverá fazer ao mesmo tempo que faz a carbonara para sair tudo ao mesmo tempo e nada arrefecer.<br />

Numa sertã fritar a cebola até aloirar. Juntar os cogumelos e o bacon e deixar cozinhar bem. Temperar com sal e pimenta a gosto. Quando tiver bem cozinhado juntar 3 colheres de polpa de tomate (eu faço a olho) e o mesmo nr de colheres de natas. Mexer bem sem esmigalhar nada. Quando sentir que está tudo bem cozinhado juntar o queijo mozarela e voltar a mexer até derreter.<br />

Um dia estava eu no facebook a pedir ideias para tartes salgadas, que a minha amiga S. sugeriu-me a de atum. Deu-me mesmo ali uma receita básica, mas eu acrescentei alguns ingredientes. Ficou boa.<br />

Ingredientes<br />
Base de massa folhada (pode ser quebrada)<br />
1 lata grade de atum<br />
2 pimentos vermelhos médios<br />
2 cebolas médias<br />
1 caneca de leite meio gordo<br />
3 ovos<br />
azeitonas com pimento<br />

Numa sertã fritar a cebola cortada às rodelas até aloirar. Juntar o pimento e fritar tudo.<br />
<br />
Numa tarteira colocar a massa e pré-aquecer o forno a 180º. Depois de tudo bem frito (não queimado) colocar na tarteira espalhando bem. Deitar o atum por cima depois de enxuto o óleo.<br />
<br />
Numa tigela misturar o leite e os ovos. Verter para cima da tarteira espalhando o máximo possivel. No final colocar as azeitonas.<br />

Vai ao forno por 20m (mais coisa menos coisa)<br />
